The «Cleaning databases» module is a tool for organizing user lists collected through Telegram group or channel parsing. With its help, you can remove inactive users, bots, empty profiles, and everything unnecessary, leaving only truly active and useful audience. The settings are sufficient to collect a clean, targeted audience. Here's what you can configure:
1. Database — upload the required database after parsing. This is the one the module will work with, applying all filters.
2. Forced exclude users — allows removing specific accounts from the database if they are not needed. Selection is based on audience language — choose the language you don't want, and all such accounts will be removed from the database. You can also delete users with «@» in their name.
3. Force exclude statuses — filters users by their activity status. For example, you can remove everyone who hasn’t been online for a long time or shows as «Offline» to make the database more up-to-date.
4. Remove users with photo — a filter that removes accounts with avatars. Used in specific cases when you need only those without photos (for example, for certain types of analytics).
5. Delete users without photo — conversely, cleans the database from profiles without avatars, as these are usually empty, fake, or abandoned accounts.
6. Delete users without username — excludes those who do not have a username set. Useful if you plan to work with them manually or export for messaging where a username is required.
7. Reset working statuses in database — resets all current marks like «Done,» «Take,» etc., so the software treats the entire database as new. The final status becomes «Ready.» Useful if you want to reuse the list.
8. Create .txt file with username — generates a separate .txt document containing only usernames from the database. Can be used for export, analytics, or importing into other services.
