To manage and perform specific actions with accounts, you first need to go to any required folder. There you will see the list of accounts themselves. All accounts are displayed in a convenient table for quick data viewing. It includes various columns:
However, sometimes additional icons appear in the Additives column — for example, a triangle with an exclamation mark. This indicates a mismatch between the account’s app version and the current one. It is recommended to fix such accounts to be able to use them. The icon display can be disabled in settings (deactivate «Version control»), but this carries the risk of being blocked, so disable it only if you clearly understand what and why you are doing.
Now let’s review the actual functions for working with accounts.
You select the required characteristic and then specify the search condition — presence or absence. For example, by selecting «Avatar» and specifying «Exists», you will find only accounts with an avatar. If you specify «None», it will show accounts without an avatar. This works similarly for any other characteristic.
When moving accounts to the Deleted folder, additional options appear in «Select action»:
- Avatar — displays the avatar of the account.
- Phone — the phone number of the account.
- Username — the username on the account. If empty, then it simply does not exist.
- Name — the user's first and last name.
- Age — the age of the account since its creation.
- App Version — the app version used when the account was registered.
- Module — the name of the module in which the account was last used.
- Time — the time and date the account was last used in work.
- Proxy — displays the proxy on the account. If you added proxies in «Proxy», they will be shown. If you assigned other proxies directly to the account, they will be displayed instead.
- Status — shows whether there are restrictions — Free, SpamBlock, Ban.
- Progress — if the account is free, the field is empty. If in use, a task progress bar will appear. Accounts marked with such a bar cannot be used in other tasks.
- Roles — if a role was set, it will be displayed. If not, a dash will be shown.
- Additives — additional account characteristics. Displayed as icons. By default, the following are shown:
- screen icon — if crossed out, the account cannot be opened in WEB. If not, the account can be launched in WEB by clicking on the icon;
- gender icon — based on the gender of the account, a different symbol is shown (⚨♀);
- key icon — indicates 2FA. If you hover over it, you can quickly view the code.
Select
This button allows you to select accounts in a specified range, set in the window on the left. The procedure is simple: for example, if you want to select the first 10 accounts — you enter the value from 1 to 10, click Select, and the software will select the first 10 accounts.Choose all
This button allows you to select all accounts on the current page. If you have accounts on other pages, you need to go to the last one and click Choose all — then all will be selected. After clicking, the button changes to Unchoose — if clicked, the selection is canceled.Search
In addition to selecting, you can search for accounts based on characteristics. To do this, use the field on the right side. Enter the required characteristic in the input field (for example, the code of a phone number of a certain geo), and also specify the sample size — how many accounts to choose from. By default, it's 50, but you can select more, for example 200, or all (All).Filter
When searching for accounts, you can also use a filter. It allows you to mark a specific characteristic to search by:- avatar;
- username;
- time;
- 2FA;
- geo;
- role.
You select the required characteristic and then specify the search condition — presence or absence. For example, by selecting «Avatar» and specifying «Exists», you will find only accounts with an avatar. If you specify «None», it will show accounts without an avatar. This works similarly for any other characteristic.
Select action
This is a full menu with various options for working with accounts. The usage principle is simple — you must select the accounts you want to work with using the buttons or by clicking on them. Then click the «Select action» button and choose what you need. Let’s go over them:Check
- Ban check — checks if the account is banned (full restriction from using Telegram).
- Restriction check — checks if the account has restrictions (partial ban on certain actions, e.g., spam block).
- Mass Chek — the button redirects the user to the bulk account verification section.
Account setup
- Set photo — sets a photo on selected accounts.
- Delete photo — deletes the avatar photo.
- Update photo — updates the photo in case you changed it manually and want the software to update it. When updating, the account data in the JSON file is also updated — name, username.
- Set names — allows setting or changing the account name. By default, select the language of the name, and the software generates it. But you can set the same name for all accounts — in this case, set the gender and enter the name. If a random name is needed, leave the input field empty. You can also use a file — specify a file with names (one per line; the more, the better the randomness), and the software will randomly assign names to the accounts.
- Set username — activates the function to assign random usernames to selected accounts.
- Remove username — deletes usernames from selected accounts.
- Set gender — sets the gender: male, female, or random.
- Set bio — sets a bio (description) for the account, supports spintax, up to 70 characters.
- Delete bio — deletes the bio from the account.
Version control
- Fix JSON versions — with this option, you can change the app version in the account’s JSON file to the current one. This is useful when the account is marked with a triangle with an exclamation mark, which indicates either an outdated version or use of a non-standard app (third-party). It is recommended to test the option on 1–2 accounts before using it widely.
Security
- Set 2FA — sets two-factor authentication on the account, either a custom or randomly generated code.
- Remove 2FA — removes 2FA from the account.
- Reset 2FA — if you don’t know the 2FA code, you can reset it (for example, when buying a new account). After resetting, wait 7 days and you will be able to set a new code without entering the old one.
- Get authorization code — if you want to log in to the account from a device, you can use this option. When logging in, Telegram will request either a QR code or an authorization code sent to the number. It will be received in the software. You just select the account, click this option, and in the popup click «Get code». The code can be copied, same as the 2FA code.
- Close third party sessions — closes all sessions except the current one. Useful after buying a new account.
- Mantain account online — one of the passive warm-up options. When clicked, the selected accounts can be shown as online for a specified time (in seconds).
Privacy settings
- Open invite — enables the ability to invite the account to chats and channels.
- Close invite — disables the invite option.
- Show phone — the account’s number will be visible to everyone.
- Hide phone — the account’s number will not be visible to others.
Role setup
- Add role — sets a role for the account, like a text label for quick identification or grouping. For example, if 10 accounts are from the UK and others from Kazakhstan, you can indicate this in the roles and more easily navigate when choosing accounts for a task.
- Remove role — removes the role from the account.
Proxy
- Add proxy — assigns a proxy to the account. To use it, you need to set «Use proxy from account» in the settings instead of «from settings».
- Reset proxy — resets the assigned proxy.
- Remove «in work» status — when the account is used in tasks, the «Status» column shows the task completion percentage. If you want to remove the account from the task or the status didn’t clear after completion, use this option.
Move
- Active — when accounts are selected and this folder is clicked, all will be moved into it.
- Temporary spam block — moves to the «Temporary spam block» folder.
- Eternal spam block — moves to the «Permanent spam block» folder.
- Archive — moves accounts to the «Archive».
- Deleted — moves accounts to the «Deleted» folder.
When moving accounts to the Deleted folder, additional options appear in «Select action»:
- Close current session — closes the account session in the software.
- Delete accounts — removes the account from the software.
